Valve posted a recap of ESL Cologne and it's incredibly bad. Wrong weapon sounds (tec9 has ak sound, awp has scout sound etc), voice over is awful lol
They interviewed a couple of pros too like device, olofm, nothing, taz, kennys etc to make videos in the same trend as the Dota2 TI5 player profiles. Hope those videos will be better :P

Most of the time when you update your drivers the original driver isn't always full uninstalled (if at all) and can cause issues.
Windows 10 also intelligently re-installs uninstalled drivers, via Windows Update. Clicking 'Rollback Drivers' doesn't seem to hold through the next update.

okay so im gonna throw in my 2cents to hopefully not have this die, as most "competitive focused" ones do. First just do normal Warmfront instead of warmerfront, as much as it isnt "competitive" some joke maps like trainsawlaser and wubwubwub sometimes garners more people to join.
dont use a whitelist, its a pub theyre going to do what they want, let them do what they want theyre gonna be upset if they cant run beggars because its their favorite weapon.
lower "pregame mayhem" to like 45 seconds. pubbers dont really find dm fun most of the time.
tftrue is a no-go, mainly because 90 v 60 fov is already strong enough, dont need to blow pubbers minds
besides that everything seems good. however, the biggest issue youre going to come around is maintaining a community. couple ways you can do this is try finding some friends, real, internet whatever and just sorta play on the server often, try to have a good pub environment. it will make people want to come back more often, and dont have shitty annoying ads.
Realize that youre probably NOT going to be making money from this.

lavaninefirst thing do a clean instal of windows 10 after you do the upgrade. add me on steam if you need help with itkounterpartsin all games, I will have this studdering atleast every 30 minutes or 5 seconds and i cant do anything, my game will act as if i have 1000 ping, but its a frame issue and will jitter. This has been happening since windows 10 came out, and its really annoying,if you can help bless your soul.
