How about a "hub" so to speak, similar to dota where watching games is extremely easy to do, and possibly limiting it to ESEA IM, Invite, and Platinum HL. This, in my mind would help to get more people watching, and hopefully more people playing.

Adding onto what others have said about Mass Effect 3, lot of closure with the characters. Mordin Solus is probably the best example, and anyone who's played it knows exactly what I'm talking about. Like 32hz said, its probably best to wait until all 3 go on sale, as the save games do transfer through the games. Definitely worth the $10 even if all you do is start from 3, but best when played as a trilogy. If you don't want to play the multiplayer to experience all of the endings(doesn't matter IMO), but if you do saved game editors are your best friend.
