but to make it look as close as possible, try what weithoofd posted (tv_snapshotrate "66" & the casting essentials command if you have it) + tv_deltacache "0" on the server to force the server to send full ticks 100% of the time instead of occasional "delta ticks" (a delta tick is sort of like a P frame in video encoding, in that it doesn't contain the full data of what happened that tick, just what changed from the last full tick)

det-so what's the point of the 500 tickrate servers? all it does is make pills bounce around like crazy and no one plays on 500 tick servers in matches so it's a little useless

in other news: fixed all dm servers, should hopefully stop getting stuck on the same maps now (added randomcycle and mapchooser with disabled voting)
i'll get around to adding newer versions of maps ( koth_clearcut_b15c, cp_reckoner_rc6, maybe a version of cp_villa ) @ some point, i have to write the spawn files for them
the sniper should have an awp

the first issue here was fixed like 2 months ago and the second issue youre talking about was fixed in 3.1.0

honestly it's a holdover from rgl, which at least when i was there, banned pingmasking
