Every character in the show is flawed as fuck in some way. Walt's #1 priority is family, Hank's is his "mission", and Jesse lost almost everything so revenge is his. Hank's honestly not as much about revenge as it is getting to complete his search for the mastermind (which is winning), even though the revenge part is definitely playing into his attitude.

I think so too. It's implied he lost the rest of his family anyways (reputation, possibly lives), so Jesse is the only thing I could see still giving Walt's life meaning.

Also, I don't get why they decided to do a shootout where nobody gets visibly hit or anything.
