I'd go with what screwball is saying and wait til $400+ for i5/mobo/ram. 8GB of RAM is <$50, mobo for $80-$150, then i5 $200-$300 (depends on which).

Virtual Audio Cables is used for this, but I don't think you'll find any guide for it here. It also costs money, so I dunno if you'd want to use it. I'm not sure if OBS or any other software has a similar feature.
Window's Mixer might work too (never tried). Assuming there is a separate output channel, you can right click your sound in the toolbar, click Volume Control Properties, and then enable the stream output device and manually control it through that.
What is your streaming resolution? Because that upload is extremely small and probably can barely handle 720p.
Also you should fix your link, as you seem to be linking everything to speedtest (why did you even bother linking it).
You can't use custom crosshairs on sv_pure servers. Get a hud crosshair from a HUD instead.
He also worded the topic terrible, a lost frame usually refers to a lost packet. Low FPS is a totally different issue and due to the workload of processing sending the stream. But still, i7's a pretty capable of streaming with high quality, although maybe his clock rate is too low. It also would depend on his in game settings also.
Amazon even has free shipping since it's over $25.
So you want to sell this $17 over price on the forums.
Better luck on craigslist.
You should include more information, like what resolution you're streaming in (but we'll assume 1080p), what FPS you're streaming in, your bitrate, etc. You should be able to stream just fine with an i7 though.
They'll be posted. I'm assuming that there wasn't one this week for holiday reasons and posted on the sidebar.

id buy from another site...
newegg, microcenter, tigerdirect, amazon
thats all you need.
Is BBB any good? I remember controversy over membership fees for better ratings.
Also Devon, I don't see why you have to ask this forum every question related to your computer when a google search will suffice. Google it first. Most of us have no more information than you do. If there's a lack of information, then it's just an unknown site. Even if they fail to ship, you can always do a chargeback.
Maybe I'm being mean, but the last 4 topics you posted were help threads on things you could google and figure out yourself/find similar responses.
EDIT:
Deep128MB ram for 89$ fuck yeah it's legit.
Old ram is surprisingly expensive everywhere (which is what I'm assuming since nobody would buy 128 MB RAM for a new system).
EDIT2: Oh, you're using an alt to post all this stuff. I hope you're not another Colgate or else you'll end up the same. Use your damn main or learn to google.
maimbl4nk sees the potential in Novice on pocket
hasnt novice been playing way longer than blank
Yep. He goes way back to the beginning. Though he played demo most of the time, so his switch to pocket is newer I guess.
I think the sun-thurs scrims are pretty intense though. These guys deserve a good pocket/demo for their commitment.
Craigslist and maybe ebay. Might be overpriced though.
It's bugged (has been for a while). One exists, but some (most?) people won't see them.
You get what you pay for.
Also, you get a free Celeron Processor with it. They must really want to clear inventory of those (they're $5 on newegg anyways).
Can you please check which forum you're posting into before you post a thread?
