#12 Need some help in Q/A Help

Look closely at what programs are spiking the cpu that high. I went through page files, defraging gfc files, shutting programs down, safe mode with networking, different drivers, bare minimum specs(1 ram stick, no video/sound card, etc.) and all of that to fix it.

Then I got an ssd. I just tossed it up to being that a regular drive couldn't move the massive game files fast and/or efficient enough. Not telling you to buy one but if you have $100 to spare look into it.

I always wanted to be a fighter pilot or formula 1 driver - anything in that nature. But instead I'm a network admin at a airbase in Ohio ffs. I feel a sharp pain in my chest when I watch those f-22/35's and those big ass cargo planes take off.

But at least I pretend to be a race car driver on my way to work...

YankeeI've scoured services.msc, but haven't found that option yet.

You have to go through every service and start them, or right click -> all tasks -> start.

YankeeI just got off the phone with windows tech support, and after an hour of being juggled between different technicians I was offered the choice to pay $99 to have a different technician diagnose the problem.

For the love of god, don't do this.

Depending on resolution, It'll fall back more on your gpu. Both play important roles in resolution to a certain extent.
