hudlayout.res: ctrl+f: hudobjectivestatus to move everything.

Why did I make this thread?
-To reduce the number of help threads that only have 3 posts in them.
-To reduce the number of help threads with undescriptive titles, such as "how do i fix this?"
-To encourage people, especially newcomers, to ask questions. Believe it or not, I've had people tell me that posting on tf.tv can be intimidating. I don't blame them, especially with this community. (no offense)
-Because making an entire thread to ask a simple question is silly.
Why do I care?
-I frequently read and post on tf.tv. I hate it when the sidebar has too many simple question threads with only a few posts in each of them.
Disclaimer: In case anyone gets offended and thinks "LOL this kid thinks he's good at TF2 and can answer questions", I am asking people to post their questions here so that anyone can answer them.

i agree with this change. imagine medics pulling out their crossbow for a sec and shooting an arrow EVERY time they arrive at mid and having it do full damage and not needing to reload.
this change will probably also make the crossbow less significant as an offensive weapon. when used offensively, your target is most likely fleeing from a fight and will run behind corners meaning you'll probably only get one shot (now with reduced damage, of course).
good way to keep passive reload without making it too op. great decision by valve imo.
