cant join casual or community servers

hi gamers, ever since yesterday ive been having this problem where i cant join casual servers where it will just queue forever and community servers where it will just refresh forever. (i did find some community servers a few hours ago but only about 7 of them each with about 1000 ping) ive disabled avast antivirus and windows defender, but the problem persists. help would be much appreciated ^_^
