#10 Pentagon paid PR firm $540mn to make fake terroris in World Events

i dont wanna say it's fishy, but you always need to be extra carefull with sources from rt.com

They are often biased. This one seems to have enough external proof to be aight tho.

They often paraphrase the Russian defense intelligence, which is bullcrap.

freakini get so bored running anything longer than a 5k, how do u do it

Personally under 5k is my weakness, my legs are hurting a little. After 5k, thats where for me it's at. My legs are fine and i can focus. I dont know, i usually go into some kind of brainless phase. (i try to focus on nothing and let it go)

This morning i ran the first 5k in 23 mins and the second in 21 mins.

I feel im born for long distance.

I might try to do a marathon one day if my knees let me do it.

#1 Running Enthusiasts in Off Topic

Yo any running enthusiasts here? Iv been running since a year now. Been enjoying it a lot. It's good for health and also for mental fortitude.

Last year i did 54 mins 10k
This year i did 44 mins 10k
and
1:43 half marathon

Aiming for 41 min 10k and 1:39 half marathon next summer.

It's such a beautifull sport. U dont need equipment, pretty much only shoes and somewhat okay shorts and shirt.

What's your routine for training guys? Iv been running 3 times a week, one 10k with a little bit of stairs through it, intervals 5k (40 seconds fast, 40 seconds slow), and a 15k on the weekend. Paid off so far.
