So I was playing MvM on a Mann Up server (VAC) and I taunted and then when it went out of the taunt suddenly I had something like 110 or 120 FOV. It reset back to 90 when I died. I got a demo and a couple screenshots. fov_desired was set to 90 the entire time. Viewmodel FOV changed on top of normal FOV.

I've been at a conference all weekend with a 0.12/0.005mb internet connection, so I haven't been able to watch, but just from reading up about all of this on tf.tv I just wanna say that you guys are fucking amazing and, while I've had some issues with many in the TF2 community in the past, you folks resemble what every gaming community should strive to be.
Can you try the GPU on another computer? If not, I would say RMA the GPU.
Why don't we actually try and diagnose the issue?
Does this model seem to be affected by viewmodel_fov, r_drawviewmodel, or cl_first_person_uses_world_model?
the crossbow is ridiculous
I hope Blizzard is trolling, because this is ridiculous.
ComangliaI'm going to ask a pretty basic question that I've never been fully aware of but I'm pretty sure everyone should now.
How do I pick out a good PSU?
(I typically just look for gold certified PSUs by seasonic or rebranded seasonic)
That's generally the way to go. SeaSonic, PC Power & Cooling, and Enermax are among the best OEMs. Always check out reviews from JonnyGuru if possible.

TheFragileNo fee, just purchase the game. Though I'm not entirely sure if vanilla SC2 is required in order to purchase Heart of the Swarm.
I used to play but I was only silver. I had an urge to play again recently, but I probably won't dedicate much time to it, if any at all.
SC2 is actually completely free to play unless you want either the campaign or 1v1 ladder, in which case you need to purchase it. HotS requires WoL. You can buy both for around $20 total, or just play with friends or in the Arcade for free with the Starter Edition.
TwistedPersonally I haven't noticed any difference at all.
Also the last released update was almost 2 weeks ago.
You're probably just imagining things. (Or changed your net settings.)
Haven't changed any net settings in months. It's not noticeable on most maps, only Payload ones, and sometimes happens if you stand on enemy buildings.
TwistedYou can't get lower interpolation because the tickrate is capped at 66 by the engine.
The stutter when standing on moving objects has been a thing in source engine since forever.
I'm aware it's been there, but it didn't used to be this bad. Within the past week it's gotten significantly worse on all servers I've connected to.
Hey, I'm not sure if it's just me but I've been seeing forced cl_interp values on Valve servers and I didn't think this used to be the case. This is what shows up in console:

I've also noticed that standing on carts, buildings, and players causes very stuttery movement. I'm assuming these are probably related. Have these values been forced for a long time, or is this new?
b4nnyI will answer questions about it on Friday March 6th after the embargo/NDA expires.
Please make your first answer about whether there's an FOV slider, and what the max is, when that thread does come.
I know it's a dumb meme but it's actually very important. It basically explains how Blizzard is approaching this - from a caring PC angle, or one dumbed down for the masses.
Will that thread be here, or somewhere else like Reddit?
blazeitI really would like to see cs go style smoke bombs in tf2. Maybe only some situational classes like spy can deploy such grenades. It will just improve the team factor 10 fold. I know it will ruin pubs but when coordinated grenade pushes occur in cs go it is way too fun to watch and it should be in tf2 too.
You mean robot tank explosions? Because those are literally CSGO smoke.

Or this.
