Contrathis, by the way, is why graphics mods aren't allowed, because they can also be used for exploits/outright cheats. the precedent was here for you to make a better decision.

Graphics mods are a little bit of a bigger cheat than turning off viewmodels which has been supported in the game for half a decade...

DarkNecridYour bluff failed because you didn't realize Valve had a royal flush: no one really cares that much about custom viewmodel animations on Valve's servers, so Valve isn't really pissing anyone off (other than people who want no viewmodels).

I'm gunna be honest, my intention with this mod was to force Valve's hand into giving us viewmodel customization, on the assumption that they wouldn't want to piss off their entire casual community by removing animations altogether...

Guess I don't know Valve well enough.

This is actually a really good fix versus cheaters. Good on you Valve. Still salty about the viewmodels though, I spent way too much time working on that thing... :c

not right now they don't. but it's sv_cheats only so it doesnt matter.

for some odd reason they decided to shove x y z in the entire command instead of like csgo. wonder if you could even limit them when theyre in a single command.

I'm sure you probably can. Shame it's cheats-only.

surely sv_pure 2 doesn't use a whitelist, it just blocks all custom stuff? that should be updated if the server has updated tf2 version

sv_pure uses a special "full" whitelist.

the only thing that doesn't use a whitelist is sv_pure 0. sv_pure 1 uses a "minimal" whitelist and 2 uses a "full" one.

Hunter_ThompsonYou guys not understanding where is the problem. Problem is in network connection. Impossible to connect if your IP is filtered on remote side. You can perform any rituals without any result.

There can be only one solution - change your IP.

or get a VPN
