Cool guy, but a little too focused on DM. I think if he spends half the time he does playing DM/MGE on going over demos and other such things instead, he could most likely play in IM.

I used to get that feeling a lot as well (still do sometimes), and one thing that helped me is to simply be more aggressive. You'll be surprised how many pushes you can initiate by surprising a scout or roamer on the flank who's pushed up a little too far by jumping and killing him.

That's done using Nvidia/ATI's external program contraption thing.
It doesn't improve FPS (my FPS actually went down when I tried it) and isn't blocked by sv_pure.
