S15 Open Champions forever

Seems like every team with no paid players on their roster and registered for Central has been removed from the division. Any idea why, considering registration is still open for a few more weeks?

im pretty sure teams with no paid players are removed from the division from time to time, u can just register your team for open again but it'll get removed again later unless you get someone paid up.

How many teams does open traditionally have? 40?

Usually in the 30s but s14 and 15 had over 50 teams in open.

Seasons 13-15 had some of the largest Open divisions but then season 16 onwards was the whole ESEA v. CEVO / bitcoin shenanigans. We'll be lucky if we match last season's numbers.

38 teams in open so far, same amount as last season.

(ppl need to still pay up tho :<)

Teams with 0 paid player are removed after 36 hours (I believe, it may be 24 hours..)

16 of those teams don't have a full roster of six, though. Hopefully everyone can get their rosters filled soon.

Personally I think the top teams right now are probably Guado Glories (http://play.esea.net/teams/92727) and Pinoy Boys (http://play.esea.net/teams/84684) as both of them made open playoffs last season.
