There might be, there might not. You can't force this change. Maybe they're attracted to you and all it takes is keeping on or maybe they have no interest in you the same way you have for them. Until it becomes blatant, all you can do is try without forcing it. You can't plan these things to happen, they just happen on their own. If by them not yet confessing their love to you or whatever yet is the only "indication" you have that they might not like you, then I wouldn't worry and would keep doing whatever you're doing as long as it's not crossing the line. Maybe, if you feel it's right, confess yourself to them? If it's not right to do that yet for you, then it's a waiting game until it's time. That's all there is to it.
