I am sad boy, my current hard drive just died on me not before bsod twice, I tried using my old hdd to and when I boot up, my computer doesnt seem to recognize the old hdd. Will getting a fresh new hdd and connecting it to my computer help fix recognizing the new hdd? If I do get a new hdd what do I get?

-A brand new hard drive should work just fine, assuming nothing is wrong with your motherboard (which i dont think there is a problem)
-this hard drive is very popular and just fine if you just want a lot of storage for a low price
-If you're looking for an 2.5" SSD then the Samsung 860 EVO (or pro) is pretty popular afaik
