Kinda of bummed that a team which a has a player joking about putting child porn as their prefix on my server during a match... got into playoffs after the plump incident.

this seems like grasping at straws for some reason for your team, which is directly beneath the team ur mad at in rankings, to get into playoffs. he made a untargeted not malicious meme. this happened almost 3 weeks ago. also, wtf does any of this have to do with plump throwing a match? like how is that related literally at all.

You are right this is off-topic of the plump incident, I am not upset about the ranking because i know that i do not deserve to be in playoffs after losing to Blanc and that match was the decider for us. I'm upset that stuff like that get passed up or ignored may i should be directing this to different admin or ZoomxZe again.

There's plenty of cases like this where people ask why something is passed over and ignored, but never report it. Almost every ban or response from RGL comes out of a report. The current admin team doesn't have the time or desire to stalk logs for infractions, so if it's not reported, we more than likely won't see it. If anyone sees something that they believe breaks the RGL ruleset and they want action, please report it, or message your div or head admin if you need clarification on any part of the ruleset. The reporting forms can be found here or under the league menu on the rgl site.
(note that this isn't a comment on whether or not this particular case is an infraction - just a general PSA since I've seen this problem a number of times)
