If he gets a mentor and learns what/how to communicate so he doesn't clutter coms, he could be one of the best roamers in IM and maybe even play in main. He has improved a ton and is dedicated to practicing so none of that will be an issue.

heyo, i watched your match stream, and young sanity i understand your emotions are pretty high right now when you were playing that match.

you'll be a great guy in the future but you need to def trust your teammates more and not give up. you gave up on your team too early and let your emotions get the best of you. once you can learn to play for your team and understand that everyone makes mistakes i'm sure you'll be a great team player. for now tho, you need to keep your emotions and personality in check and that's what's holding you back.
