The TOP (Totally OP) player clip stuff is there to encourage players to stream their POV to Twitch, with the forced 90 seconds delay (rule 2.7), and have your viewers and ones watching the official stream on the KritzKast channel clip the crazy actions pulled of while playing in the cup.
GGToor is hoping to promote players to stream the event themselves, from their own POV. Anyone participating has a chance to win the GGtoor Totally OP (T.O.P.) bounty of $100 USD.
Whether you are the player or a viewer, If there is a play during the tournament that you think is worthy of winning the award, all you have to do to nominate the play by clipping it, then tweeting the clip following the TOP award rules with the #GGtoor hashtag, see the discord for more details about the contest and the Toornament for the rules about streaming.
The Tournament staff will review all the nominated clips that are tweeted following these rules, and pick the winner.
