i dont think there's a download for that specific hud, but this m0rehud edit is made by the same person and uses the same "glitch" animations

Decided to remake it.
Getting the health bars to work breaks the match status, if you want the regular uwui match status instead of the health bars you can change it in customization/hudmatchstatus.res.
