Why did you solely ask on the SFM subreddit instead of their Discord? Or the Emporium which has workshoppers experienced in SFM.

if youre in sfm you can just go into the game-mode and record it that way? If you're trying to simulate gameplay or whatever, other than that cant you just select the med-pack and key-frame it into the ground when your scout touches?
I'm assuming you're doing gameplay or something so I recommend going into game-recorder inside of sfm and just record a demo, the pack should disappear when touched afaik
