Main. Bench 285, DL 455, Squat 405 @ 181lbs bodyweight. Best I ever did was 4th in a regional powerlifting meet

I mean placements in regional meets don't really mean anything. Powerlifting has the same issue as boxing in that there's way too many federations and you often get weight classes with only 2-3 people competiting in it.

Last comp I totalled 532kg and came 2nd...the guy who beat me out totalled me by over 200kg...

Thats great, just sharing my stats. This was in highschool, there were 5 other schools competing and around 15-20 lifters per weight class. Wouldn’t compare it to boxing where there are new weight classes every 3-5lbs.

didn't lansky and TLR only get jacked/strong after they got good at tf2? seems like the only reasonable conclusion is that higher dpm is purely anabolic but not the other way around.
