Listen, getting into a team and letting someone into your own team isn't a simple process. You have to go through tryouts and prove not only that you're good but that you have a positive attitude, open to take criticism and more importantly, that you will stay in the team for a full season.
As someone who has been getting tryouts for my team for a while I can tell you that I always check the comments on that person's lft thread and sometimes I even contact his former teammates. And I know I'm not the only one who does this as I've been asked about players that have been in my team too.
So basically if you want to get into this you need to:
1. Get good
2. Make friends
