I just added some shadows and changed a few colors for the HP/Ammo/DMG Numbers. Also "organised" some codefiles. Can upload if wanted (works for 1920x1080).
scoreboard 4x3 doesn't seem to be all that set up for minmode

HUD crosshairs aren't working for me. I've set one to visible and I've changed the xpos and ypos to where they should be, but it doesn't show. Oddly enough, when I hud_reloadscheme or change the minmode, the HUD crosshair I chose actually flashes on screen but doesn't stay. :(
Otherwise, fantastic HUD! One of my new favourites.
How do you enable the low health/ammo pulse or flash effect? I see the code in the hud animations file but the font color stays static in-game, whether buffed or low.

Looks sick, and the fact that you can choose different versions is really a plus. I'll give it a try!
Might consider moving the bazaar bargain headcounter to the same place as the eyelander, since it overlaps the ammo for the sniper's other weapons.
Not sure if it's my end again or not, but if you play tf2ware with this HUD, you can't see some of the text. Specifically the "Simon/Someone says" stuff.

I'm not sure what you mean. Is it the code having no spacing? Try using Notepad++ and/or Wordpad if it's that. I'll see if I can find a way to avoid it not being displayed properly in normal Notepad.

I moved the chat to bottom by default now, included an alternative file for a top version. You will need to replace the BaseChat.res file in resource/ui.

I will look into sizzling stats and other stuff as well, but it's fairly hard for me to test it atm.
EDIT: Fixed normal HTML motd and add an alternative file with a gigantic HTML display for .ss. I couldn't test it with sizzling stats itself though, so please let me know if it works.

Or you can insert this [ "ypos_minmode" "r152" ] in the Scoreboard file under "RedTeamLabelBG".

Normally you shouldn't have to change the X and Y values at all. Please try it with the original values and see if it works.

Yeah, just tested it and it seems to be the case. I found some random rants on this bug after googling it, but I couldn't find a fix for it :/
