Hey everyone.
I'm looking for a team for S15. I captained Wu-Tang Financial in S12 and S13 (both seasons went 9-7). This season did not turn out like I had hoped, but I've decided to complete the season out of respect for my teammates. I think that we've played better as a team since I went to medic, but we were in too big of a hole this time.
I have average leadership qualities, but I would like to see how life goes under someone else's direction. I have a tendency to be too soft when I need to have teeth, and that probably hurt the team this season (from a captain's perspective).
I would like for the community to estimate my skill level. I'm well aware of a number of problems in my game, and I'm slowly hammering them out now so that I can be a well-oiled machine in S15. (Note: in one month from now I might be a different player for the better - so if you'd like to slow play things that is cool with me)

radium is a super cool dude and is a really strong leader, managing to at least keep three rosters alive with so many shakeups.

He's been on a history of bad teams and it really isn't fair. He deserves a higher skill level team.

Radium has an incredible attitude towards improvement which is hard to find in a lot players. His medic mechanics are solid and while he does make some positional errors, they are few and far between. He puts a lot of effort into his play and is constantly recognizing his faults and trying to remedy them every chance he gets.
Pick the guy up, he's a joy to be around and won't let you down if you give him a chance.

Radium is a fine character who has been unfortunately marooned on some shaky rosters. Would perform well at just about any reasonable level of play given some time to adjust to a new team(Open-IM).
Very dedicated, hopefully you'll get a team that's equally dedicated!

radium is a really good medic who deserves a team that can make it far, because he is willing to improve in this game!

I've played with radium for roughly 3 seasons now. he's a great guy, great attitude toward the game, and stays positive even at rock bottom. verrrrry chill and easy going; if you can make this guy mad i will give you an unusual.
as a medic, he puts the heals where they are needed and keeps teammates alive in ubers. solid comms and has the ability to main call.
some things i'd like him to work on are keeping tabs of teammates relative to where they are on the map, ie. just because tab says we have 6 up doesn't mean they're on the front line healthy and ready to push. also small mechanical things like surfing, strafing, and crossbow frags ;) nothing major. oh, and not dropping quick-fix in matches :p
he deserves to heal some talent, pick this guy up he's honestly a steal.

radium has given me a ton of incredible advice in running my own team. One of the smartest players I've had the chance to talk with. Radium could certainly hang in IM or at the very top of open.

I agree with crossfire; tends to rush pushes and needs to work on his airstrafes (lol). Not gonna lie, he's is pretty good with teh ubersaw.
Overall really solid and a pleasure to play with. Always striving to improve.

Radium is a great teammate. When you think of all the things you want in a teammate (cool headed, no ego, non-negative, willing to improve, good at managing other teammates) he pretty much has all of them. That's pretty rare to find in this game.

radium is fantastic. Thinks straight and smart, great medic mechanics, fun to be around. I've rang for him a couple times and it's been solid every time. If being on a team with him was an option, I would very highly rate it.

Puts a lot of thought into the game, and is fun to be in Mumble with. Great medic, and pretty good at pocket as well. Also a good team leader, though he can tend to be a little too gentle.
Needs at least a high Open team for S15.

Radium is a beast of a medic. He says very calm in every situation and keeps a clear head. Also, he is really smart and knows what to do in every situation. Easily can mesh into any team. Great guy in general.

Radium is a really great guy, very chill and fun to play with. He's a very strong main caller and is dedicated to improving. You should definitely pick him up if you want a solid medic.
