I think my favourite Disney movie would have to be Mary Poppins and I think my favourite animated one would be toy story.
On a side note, its not technically a Disney movie but I think my favourite animated movie was Anastasia (that one that fox animation studios put out in 1997).

Lion King and Toy Story. Not sure which is first, but probably Lion King.
Next up would be A Bug's Life or Hunchback of Notre-Dame. Fuck, man, I don't know what would come after LK and TS now that I think about it. There are just so many good movies, like Aladdin, Pocahontas, Hercules, etc.
As far as non-Disney, Antz is probably up there somewhere.
