You can make this without an image, I have the code for a similar one with different colors. But I'm working right now so i'll get it when I get home (9EST)

Can someone make me a green dot with an outline? I tried but it turned out weird. Not sure if resolution matters but right now I use 1024 x 768.

Also I've tried editing the HUD crosshair that comes with KNHUD but no luck. I'm ready to give a key to anyone who can do it! (It's driving me nuts)

Yes, if you put your corsshair you want in here;
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\custom\(customfolder)\materials\vgui\replay\thumbnails

Then you go to for example your sniper cfg and and type in ;
cl_crosshair_file ../replay/thumbnails/(CROSSHAIRNAME)

I dont have anything is hudlayout.res and it works for me :)

Do you have to do that trick of getting in a local server first and only then you can enter a normal server?

If you put it in hudlayout you can join a pure server directly.

Since Im using Photoshop cs6 64 bits the plugin doesn't work on it and using the stand alone VTFEdit all I get is a pixelated mess, any tips?

With VTFEdit you're probably using the wrong settings; I was at first too. Try looking at these two links, these both helped with me tremendously.
