Hanzo, Sneaky, and I wanted to create a fun StarCraft 2 2v2 tourney before the summer ends, and with all these other tournaments, thought it might add some more hype!
INFO:
Rules:
-Will be single elimination.
-Each team must have a below Gold player
-Be in SC2 Lobby by at least 10 minutes.
-Default will be WoL, but if all players have and agree, HotS can be used.
TOURNAMENT DATE: AUGUST 16TH.

You can still play, just gotta find someone below gold. We're currently discussing it right now. We're trying to avoid having like 2 Masters or something like that completely crushing the competition.

Tarome and my friend are interested but we can't say for sure until we know time+date

any chance you can do it at a time that is europe friendly?

Hopefully, I'm still trying to find a date is one, and then I'll need to know what time is usually euro-friendly.

Everything should be in hots since you can play hots as long as one of your party members owns it. I think worse case scenario you could have someone who owns HoTS spec the match to spawn everyone in.

On hots vs wol:

This is a fun tourney, so we want as many people involved as possible.

If everyone has hots/the ability to play hots through the spawning thing (no idea how that works), then go ahead and play hots.

However, if people don't have the ability to play hots, we aren't going to exclude them from play. I would guess that almost everyone can play hots, so this precaution may never even affect you.

We merely want to allow as many players as possible into the tournament.
