I've only played pugs with Pot and Dingo but they are both serious about their game (unless they're messing around of course) and are willing to give advice without being douche-bags (for instance they stay calm when faced with situations they aren't enamored with such as bad players or stupid decisions - a quality that is incredibly important for a successful team).
Both of them are very competent at calling as they have really good game sense and understand the logic and strategies of 6's in TF2.
