Yeah I would listen to their idea. Unless I have an input;and if they tell me to stop doing what helps most, I would ask for a reason. Nothing much to say about that.

ToastyTHTtestifyHe's getting better in-game and personality wise people who are shitting on him for every little slip up or trying to twist his words around really need to lay off.

He seems to be sincere about this so find him a mentor !Yeah, toaster can be a cool guy at times, and is fairly good at scout.
I'm sure you guys were all perfect at his age too. (Hell i'm 16 and screw up)
