I really enjoy the music, but i feel like the fact the it gets slowed every time he gets a single frag kinda ruins it for me

Good overall, but it takes away from a lot of those frags when it's in slowmo. A lot of those would have seemed more impressive at regular speed. Also the shifts between slowmo/regular speed seemed to be placed at poor times.

I got a little too excited there at the begining when I saw the heart thing and I thought it was gonna be a medic movie, I love medic fragmovies. But, after watching the smooths my jaw dropped anyway (But I think it would work so much better with medic clips)

That being said, i dont think it was bad because it was too slow, on the contrary I thought it was beautifuly crafted, a unique piece in the the various styles of fragmovies I have seen so far. Well done!

I kinda feel like the slow mo made it worse because the it was obvious he was going to headshot/airshot that guy and I was just sitting there waiting for it. It felt like a huge build up to not very spectacular frags. Just my 2 cents

This is going to sound like I'm a pleb who only listens to brostep or something, but, there was no drop. The entire movie was building suspense, and by the end of it, I was ready for some big-ass drums and violins and shit to jump in a blow my mind. The entire video was building up to a spectacular quadruple airshot and 6 meatshots while surfing into their medic with a pre-nerf equalizer or something, and it never happened. Imagine how unfulfilling LOTR would be if any of the movies hadn't had a huge suspenseful event(s) in it. That's what this movie was. It was a cocktease that left me frustrated and antsy. Even after writing this, I'm still waiting for something amazing to happen.

tl;dr, great building of suspense, but no release, so I just have the fragmovie equivalent of blueballs.

Exactly, it's called fragmovie for a reason, the one who did it wanted to showcase/highlight the edition mainly, not the frags. If he wanted to showcase the frags only he would have made a fragshow and not bothering spending dozen (which Im sure he did) hours working on the edit.
