Talk to twitchjohn about it, maybe he can help you out! Even though your stream isn't the highest quality (pixel wise), it certainly is quality content wise!

seems like horror is one of the admins on twitch, i dont know why people are saying to remove his admin (what is that related to)...but apparently its out of line having that as a stream title and warrants a ban???

I named my stream "Are you going to #RemoveHorror from my stream title?" and it was changed in minutes, then I updated it to "DRINKING AWAY THE HORROR" and an admin telling me to change it, I had a a reasonable discussion asking the reasoning and where this was in the ToS I had just read, then finally agreed and changed my title to "DRINKING AWAY THE" at which point I was instantly banned. HEH
Also I tried to go to VolpeStream and explauint hat, got autobanned from chat. Maybe #RemoveHorror now chat bans?

A Twitch Admin named Horror, who's best known for being in charge of Global and Sub emotes, has been abusing his power lately and being really immature about it (most notorious abuses are putting his BF's fursona in as a global as NightLight and removing Cyghfer, a speedrunner's, sub emotes, most notably one for being copyright infringing when it isn't). Unfortunately, the majority of the admins are completely defending him along with several staff members; only ones I know of who are trying to mediate are Programmax (staff) and CommanderRoot (admin subordinate to Horror).
Anyways Duke_Bilgewater who IIRC is speedrunning community jabs at NightLight being a thing in a stream Horror is in. IP banned. Werster protests, gets IP banned. Peaches_ changes his title, gets changed by staff. Starts playing typing of the dead, "Using my Keyboard to Remove Horrific Zombies" (most of these guys are speedrunners since Werster was patient zero). He's now IP banned. @twitchsupport is run by the admin above Horror and is handling the entire situation poorly, as usual though, IDK why they haven't relegated that to a staff member above the age of 18. Anyone who streams and titles as Remove Horror or any kind of jab at it gets IP banned.
As of 8:00 Eastern, the list of IP bans is:
Peaches
Duke
ZeldaLove
Duguongue
Cruxit
SnowyV2
Qwerty
Slayerofbabies
ChalkedJanitor
Poodle
Colin8Steven
Poncho
Cptpoopfist
Jiyuna
Esd
and our own Squid and Times.
And there's likely more to come, all because of an admin that should have been removed last night. This is getting ridiculous. Note that LicensetoBill was aggressively vocal but isn't down yet, and may have done something to gain a small victory, I'm not entirely sure. Trihex has also been pretty vocal, but 1) hasn't actually changed his title to be anti-Horror and 2) if he did get banned, there would be massive repercussions; imagine banning HerO or Day9 if something similar happened to Starcraft.

My appeal below, probably incoherent as fuck though, I think I've taken 21st birthday celebrations a day too far:
Hello. i have a complaint regarding Twitch Admin Kanthes.I started my stream tonight playing TF2 and having a drink. I did not say anything particularly offensive (or at all really), and did not use any slurs. My stream title was named "Are you going to #RemoveHorror from my stream name?" in light of the recent drama surrounding the Twitch.tv community. After a few minutes, a friend messaged me to tell my stream title had been changed. It was set to a default of something along the lines of "Playing Team Fortress 2." I figured removing the specific parts of my stream title would be sufficient, so I changed it to the vague name of "DRINKING AWAY THE HORROR," and I was playing with the idea of playing Amnesia later to make the title fit. Now I imagine the reader of this is assuming loopholes don't let you off the hook just because you took a few words out of the title. But I was not informed at all of the reason for the stream title change (like I said I only knew because a friend messaged me). Admin Kanthes then joined my stream. Here is the exact text chat I received over a brief period as responses to my questions as to why I had to change my title, and where exactly I could find this rule in the ToS that I had searched through prior to starting my stream to no avail as to why having #RemoveHorror in my stream title was in violation:
kanthes: Good evening, broadcaster. Please change your title to something else, and refrain from changing it back. Refusing to do so will end up in a channel suspension.
kanthes: The message contains a message that's pointed as harassment towards a certain person. Which is against the ToS, #12, the second C.
I'm human, I assure you.
The second C. It's not really well formatted.
» I don't care how you're trying to avoid the issue, the problem is, your title is inappropriate. Change it, or be banned.
» Simple as that.
Actually, I wasn't even supporting or promoting this idea through my stream title, I was asking through the stream title if that would actually get removed from my title, which it did though without notice or warning. After a few minutes of discussion with said Admin, I changed my stream title to "DRINKING AWAY THE" which isn't even a complete thought and completely complies with the Admin's request. I only took a few minutes delay to question the admin and try to understand why my title was so questionable. I have since looked up this section of the ToS and found it, as quoted below:
"Content that is unlawful, libelous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, indecent, lewd, suggestive, harassing, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, inflammatory, fraudulent or otherwise objectionable; " I am very confused as to how I violated the ToS. My stream was banned after I compiled with the admin's request, unless the delay somehow caused the ban to come slightly before the title change.
My understanding (though the only available source seems to be rumors and all sides) is that Horror is a Twitch.tv admin that could be considered to have at points abused power. I personally have an issue with the abuse of power in any sense, and I have seen no evidence to the contrary point that Horror is an outstanding admin who has never caused at sort of problem about which viable complaint could be appropriately raised. In a response, the general public trend of many Twitch users seems to be to use the tag #RemoveHorror and communicate in masses both through Twitch streams/chats, and in various other outside social media outlets such as Twitter.
I now request that I be unbanned on Twitch so I can provide at least some vague entertainment my 1-10 viewers in the evenings after work and school are done. #RemoveHorror is arguably not in the least offensive to anyone but one individual, and even then only because of that individuals bias. In a simple sense, the tag indicates a desire that Horror be removed from a position of power as a Twitch admin - because the individual displaying such a tag and related elements believes that this admin is incompetent. I would also request that Admin Kanthes be reviewed for banning my stream after I complied with the request of said admin. I only took a few minutes before complying, in order to discuss with this admin to increase my understanding of why the request was brought forth or why my stream name was offensive. Please get back to me when possible, and let me know if anymore more explanation or evidence would be useful.Thank you,
