Can't wait for more of Andrew Scott, his acting was brilliant as Jim Moriarty
GgglygyShow Contentthank god Moriarty is back, it felt really out-of-character in season 2 to have build up to a confrontation only to shoot yourself in the mouth.
Killing himself wasn't that out of character, considering he's suppose to be insane as fuck. I'm half disappointed if he is alive since the Reichenbach Fall's implies where Moriarty is ended, but at the same time it's much more interesting if he is alive (since Sherlock killed the next closest thing to him).
Also the show is starting to remind me of House a lot (yeah they're both mystery drama shows, but considering how much the supporting cast has grown it really seems like it).

did he actually shoot himself though? wasn't that just what sherlock told to the fan-fiction w/e guy?
#66 yes rewatch s2e3, could have been a fake gun with a blood pack but...

Everything before S2 happened actually happened. There could have been trickery in his death, but I imagine that Mycroft's men aren't stupid enough to miss if his brains were blown out or not. Either a) it's just one of Moriarty's deadman switch plans or b) he swapped in a double after he faked his death (since Sherlock did not investigate him personally, he could have faked it and swapped out when before they checked the body).

the first two seasons of house were modeled after sherlock holmes.

YawnyShow ContentAnd anyway didn't Sherlock say he spent two years taking apart Moriarty's empire or whatever, so technically Moriarty had nowhere to go without his connections. And I hope they actually tell us how he did it if he actually he is alive unlike Sherlock
It's Moriarty, if he's suppose to be the greatest criminal mastermind he can probably do it. Plus it's not like people forgot who he is, I'm sure they'd be willing to work with him again given the opportunity.
Kuwabatake_SanjuroAm I the only one who didn't like it?
Only thing I didn't really like was Magnus was just a tamer/less insane Moriarty. Also episode 2 was kinda dull, but it picked up by the end.

i thought the mind palace shit was really stupid and corny and i would just laugh every time he did it
YawnyShow ContentWell I thought when sherlock was taking apart his empire he was killing them or something I dunno
Then why would
I mean it's a huge shock to everyone when he does it, but if he was doing it all the time before then who would add a new label.

Well mycroft is the only one who knew what he was doing

He was also arguably the most shocked. I consider it his perspective when he see's the kid Sherlock, and he also calls him a
the scene right after.
Moriarty should be dead unless he was lying. But he lied last time so he probably is alive.
