Hi guys and girls.
As some of you may know, BoneS and I are joining forces and making something special for i49. But to be able to do the LAN justice we need your help!
If you got any super sick frags, surfs, funny moments or any highlights in your TF2 games at LAN, please upload them to a filesharing site (e.g http://ge.tt ) and link them in this thread. Any demos that were recorded at LAN are fine, pcws or officials.
Please rename the demo in the following format to make our lives easier:
name_team_map_description_tick.dem
e.g CUBE_elemv_viaduct_doubleairshot_32000.dem
We want to make this the most epic TF2 movie you have ever seen and we won't be able to achieve that without your demos.
An ETF2L admin will be editing your posts to remove your link once I have downloaded the demo to hopefully prevent people stealing the demos intended for this movie.
We are also looking for volunteers to help us wade through the mass amount of stream VODs and STVs from LAN, so if you are willing to help please get in contact with either myself or BoneS.

There were sooo many insane plays thiis lan it's definitely enough for a 10 min fragmovie.
Just dont forget to also include good plays and not only killstreaks (some medic surfs or sneaky backcaps with the casters shouting over it)

Maybe they haven't gone through with the wiping yet ...

The second last map badlands had LOTS of really great frags, off the top of my head ryb got a 6k pushing last, jukebox got a 3k sniping, there was more great frags I suggest you watch the vod.

Just done a vlog with the recent good news from valve about the broken i49 demos.
I waffle on a bit but hopefully its a useful video to keep you guys updated about the movies progress. Big shoutout to Lange, Sal, MattMcNam and LuckyLuke for their help with contacting Valve.

Awesome that this is starting up again. You quit TF2 but you're still working on this, that's awesome. I highly recommend you use the new PLXD recordning tool : http://teamfortress.tv/forum/thread/15301-source-recording-tool . It makes everything a lotttt easier. Thanks again! Im pumped

Yeah I saw this the other day. Used to use the pldx tool back in the day so will definitely be checking this out when it comes to recording. Will probably aim to use it in combination with srcdemo2 like I did for PREM.
