Yes. In fact I posted something useful instead of telling everyone to submit a ticket, because I did try that and didn't get anything back but a copy and paste response

You may have read the thread, but you didn't read his post very well. When he said game plugins I'm pretty sure he meant things like p-rec. If you had actually read his post you probably would have seen:

okay now after the update i can't join a match server (says the same message, I can't join without the client running).
Before I could join by restarting steam (http://teamfortress.tv/thread/16628/how-many-people-are-crashing-with-the-esea-client/?page=1#23) but that doesn't work anymore and neither does joining without mumble.
