Yeah sorry about the first one mate. You are probably using either one of my old fixes or custom health cross that I have made, I know because realising that wrong code took me almost half a year (yeah I was a dope back then :P). If you are not using the custom health cross, just download the latest hud, extract 'resource\ui\HudPlayerHealth.res' and overwrite with yours. If you are using my custom health cross, I can pm you the updated file.

Yes I have noticed this problem since the last patch. Some hud makers encountered the same problem. The parameters to move or even disable this feature doesn't work and its bound to whole ubercharge codes (annoying problem on valve's end - maybe I'm doing something wrong). I can't promise that I could fix this problem but I will try.
EDIT: Just need opinions from you guys, is this a reasonable location for you guys?

Hmm if I try to do the way I figured, I cannot adjust the normal uber meter now. So frustrating.
EDIT: Completely understood the problem but its really hard to fix it for this type of hud (unless Valve fix it from their side). You see from the screen below, no matter what you do (this is true for all custom huds), inside the red box (HudMedicCharge.res highlighted) the Vaccinator icon always placed on top left corner of it. What I've done previously is to move red box slightly to right to align it but normal ubercharge meter follows the red box and basically its not possible to move these parameters outside of the box. In our case, medigun charge meter for uber/kritz/quickfix takes the whole wide screen whereas the other hud makers used small and centered ones. It becomes easier for them to shift the rest of the parameters very easily.
Basically to fix this issue, the medigun charge (in picture where the orange bar is on the bottom) meter needs to be placed where the vaccinator is. Well it may kinda ruin the whole aesthetic of the hud, this is something that I need a permission from hud makers to add as an additional fix.

Editing positions might be tricky if you are not familiar with scripting.
Go to hud folder and find scripts>hudlayout.res, open as notepad, CTRL+F and find "HudCloseCaption". You need to fiddle around with xpos and ypos fo your liking and save it. To check it, type hud_reloadscheme to console to refresh the hud. Kinda trial-error thing ;P

First, I had to import the font from rayshud. Then, I had to follow the steps outlined in this post a few months ago. Finally, I had to combine this with broeselhud crosshair switcher. You can download these modified files (You will have to enter captcha, not direct download link, sorry!) and replace them with your files. Make sure to backup your class config files before replacing! I have some of my own stuff in the class configs other than the broeselhud crosshair switcher.

If you go to your hudfolder/resource/ui and find 4 different types of HudPlayerHealth.res (one is named like this and 3 other showing default - cross - cross with full outline), and if you rename it any of those to HudPlayerHealth.res, then you will be using that customisation. BUT atm those other options haven't been updated yet. I will sure put an updated ones tomorrow.
EDIT: Download this file below, extract the files inside to your hud folder, overwrite it and follow the instructions I gave you at above.
