I can't handle tf2center. If I play demo, I can't do shit because people overextend to kill me and my team doesn't know how to stop them because they are jerking off behind spire or something. I have to play like a pussy. If I play pocket, I have to play super passive because my team loves to overextend for shitty picks. All of my uber pushes are pointless because people don't know how to play together. If I play roamer, my picks don't mean shit because my team blows. All I do is steal health packs and rack up the kills while the game goes fuckin' nowhere. If I play scout, I have to go full on tryhard mode because I'm the one doing anything and I find this to be very tiring. I'm tired of 30 minute 2-1 games. FUCK. How can I play tf2center without raging?

Why would you stress out over centers at all? I just treat it the same as tf2lobby was where you can just chill and dm people. An experienced player like yourself shouldn't have any problems with this at all. I don't see why would try and coordinate things with people that seem to be mostly new unless you're trying to play in a pug environment, which in that case you may as well just find an inhouse to play in.
my experience from tf2center is it's mostly players with 0 fps experience (only reasonable explanation).

i had a 4kda on tf2 lobby and my favorite class was 'engineer' because i would hide sentries behind their t2 spawns
