PhunkI haven't ever played quake or even watched it. Is it kinda like warsow?

Warsow is a quake 2 mod iirc
They are extremely close to similarity, infact the only differences i would spot out instantly would be the graphics, maps, and movement.
The weapons all serve the same purpose, but i am not 100% sure the damages are scaled exactly, and the disc launcher(warsow) detonates earlier than the grenade launcher(quake)

My secret estactic joy with Warsow being greenlit was that the Steam launch of it combined with the friends list factor would finally give us a modern/populated arena fps. (Sucks that it still hasn't launched). I never even considered QL could come to steam. For the same reasons, this is fantastic.
