pharaoh__Milk is a big scam. Milk in general doesn't have much of a health benefit unless you're a cow. There's little to no solid evidence that milk is beneficial for bones, or your health in any way. It's regarded as the healthy option for schools, yet it generally has more sugar and is higher in fat than coke.

LKincheloeEww, spoiled milk.
My dad actually poured spoiled milk in a bowl of cereal and ate it. He didn't realize it until someone told him.

I also love milk.
Also, did you know that despite its creamy texture, milk is comprised of 85 to 95 percent water. The rest of its volume comes from nutritious vitamins, proteins, carbohydrates, and fat. Good for you and everyone in tftv

The only thing I use milk for is my cereal which I eat once a week. I buy that organic milk that lasts for like 2 months before it expires.

I don't know shit about milk I just buy the same thing every time. $5 isn't going to break the bank every 2 months.

Whole milk all day. Contrary to popular belief, getting 1% or 2% isn't a healthy alternative. Enzymes that help you break down whole milk are lost in the pasteurizing process.
