okay I like to be a pompous nostalgic bastard and talk about how tf2 was back in the day many years ago, but no joke I gotta be honest here, I've never fucking heard of any of these players
with that much engineer play I thought I was watching b4nny
who would want to play comp tf2 if you had to play against engineers on 2fort in the final god comp tf2 has evolved so much since then

to be fair engineers couldnt pick up buildings, couldn't upgrade anything but sentries, had no wrangler or rescue ranger, and demo was more effective.

You can clearly see they don't know half how to utilize their classes, no jumping, weird sticky spamming, scouts doing weird jumps, it's kinda awkward to watch, and I am glad TF2 is such a more developed game now.
For all the people wondering, this is from i32 and took place on November 9, 2007. TF2 was released on October 10, 2007.

14:28 - 15:05 was priceless. The crowd interaction, the commentary.
This was a wonderful way to waste time @ work, thanks.
On the plus side, it looks like all I need to do to briefly become the world's greatest competitive TF2 player is build a time machine and go back to 2007.
I want to see this at i52. Just an entire crowd of people and commentators booing a Medic because they pulled out needles to defend himself instead of honoring a melee fight.
