I always enjoyed the crash bandicoot games (especially the go kart racing one for ps1). Also the twisted metal series was pretty fun. Black was probably the best one because it was so dark and twisted for the ps2.

How can you not say Pro Skater 2, that shit had the best soundtrack of almost any game ever, and was also one of the best games ever.

Heart of Darkness is also an amazing game, not played it for far too long. The original Rayman too along with driver and the ps1 version of final doom are all really good games.
