It's actually at 11 pm Eastern. 8 pm Pacific.
I would say TFTV should cast it provided they have the people since it's the most interesting matchup tomorrow, and there's no Invite matches. I could see them not casting it due to the other team's name. But that's obviously not up to me to decide (I would have it casted). I don't think many people who watch video games on Twitch would be offended by that name though.
