I honestly don't think me, nor my team or anyone involved, is trying to say that we wanted to play with the unfair advantage. We just wanted to follow the rules and get the games over with. If there were no ping issues and they had won fair and square, then that's just how it would be. We won the 1st season, they won the 2nd season. It's been fun so far. Let's keep that battle going.

What this post here is about is the disregard of rules. The UGC admins should state something like, "in order to keep Finals/Playoff matches fair, they will be played at a time, at a place, where both teams can play to their best abilities within reason."(The 'within reason' is to keep teams from getting four Invite ringers because they want to make the game 'fair' in their eyes or whatever) It should be stated that any of the rules, such as the 'ping average' rule or the '3rd map on home team server' rule will be subject to change based upon this.

Honestly you shouldn't be able to force someone to play with awful ping on your garbage server if you can easily just get into a server that has fair ping for everyone lol. Don't go on some kind of crusade about not following the rules because I bet if this had happened to someone on your team you'd be calling them out for being rule-nazis or something and that they should make an exception for "fairness" because it was the grand finals. There's plenty of examples of UGC admins doing shitty things in the past. This isn't one of them.

So why did you want to move back to your server when everyone had good/decent ping on the other server? You say you wanted to get the games over with, so it would have been faster and fairer if you had continued playing on the 2nd server where no one had ping issues.

Like, yea, they didn't enforce the rules, that's something you bring to them, and then to the public if they don't do something about it after asking them. This thread and your posts, however, make the situation look like you just tried to get an easy win against a 195 ping Demo.

Didn't know 4v4 was a thing outside center... op has a valid complaint, u guys keep calling the server "shit" but 3/4 have adequate ping and a 4th apparently has shit Internet/routing. Its not their fault yet they get forced to move and were prolly qq'n about it all game and got dunked on.

Seems like salt from losing, but anywho. The rules can be changed at any point and they were done so which seemed like a pretty good ruling. A 3rd party server was made so both teams were on equal grounds. So are you complaining that you want him to have 200 ping? Or that an issue like this shouldn't be resolved because a rule ( which can be overturned )was made. Either way, it's really dumb arguing it, and it makes you look bad.

And remember, when you lose posting on tftv is the BEST way to solve all of your problems.
