The tile layout is literally only useful for tablets. So stupid they keep on trying to make it work with laptop/desktop computers.

Guys windows number scheme is retarded
1, 2 , 3, 95, 98, ME, 2000, XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10
Windows 7 should be windows 10, unless I'm forgetting one.
Windows 10 is actually windows 12...

Technically, it is an odd numbered release, and I actually have hopes.
That guy's hairstyle makes me doubt everything though.

Yeah idk why people are saything that because
3.1 (odd), 98(odd), 2000(odd), XP(even), and 7(even) were probably the best ones released.
Only ME, and Vista were particularly bad anyway.

Looks fine to me. If it works just like 8 where I got it for free from college, I'll gladly take it. :D

Windows 8 is actually pretty nice... depending on the device it's on. I've got a windows 8 tablet, and with a touchscreen the tiles make sense, but that's the only way I've ever even been ok with the whole windows 8 experience.
My PC and laptop are still on windows 7

I just worry about legacy stuff being supported, parts, usb things. That's already a problem with windows 8.

Oh come on. Tiles aren't even an issue with Win8. They're not terribly hard to use either, unless you're reading PDF's, then it gets stupid since you can't multi window with the default pdf reader
