I would like to have at least 16 teams total in this tournament. I am currently working on getting a server fully ready, that should be cleared up by time of the tournament. Feel free to continue signups until the 22nd. Remember that the winner of the tournament will get 2 keys (1 key for each player). I also accept donations for the 2nd and 3rd place winners. The tournament will be on the 23rd and 24th. On the 23rd from 10est-1est PM. and on the 24th from 10est-12est PM.

It was PM wind cubes. I will have to move the tournament day to next week. 30th and 31st. I didn't know I had stuff planned for tonight and I don't want it to get in the way of the tournament. I also haven't been on the past 2 days so I haven't been able to get the server ready and who all is playing, etc. But I'm hoping that with a later day that a few more teams might signup. I am hoping for 16 teams total.

Alright atidere, I hate moving the dates because sometimes it can be convenient for some but can become inconvenient for others. Sorry about that. Thanks for telling me in advance though.

sorry for calling you out, but It sounds like you a lot of work left to do for the tournament if you don't have servers ready, don't know who all is playing, and made plans for the same day(and apparently fairly close time) for something that you've been planning for over 3 weeks. I think it is important for you to have this tournament be successful, so you should just try to get everything done this weekend when you know that you will have the time and not wait till the last minute. If you need it, i could maybe help pay for servers and i can definitely donate some items.

I think I am good with paying for the server, but if you want to, feel free to donate items for prizes for the 2nd and 3rd place winners. I have gotten a few donations already, and it does help. Thanks for your opinion too, constructive criticism is good and can help you grow.

If you are wondering how I got who was playing who, I tried to do this as fair as possible. So I put names on an index card, folded them all up the same way, and drew from a bowl. I couldn't really think of any other ways of coming up with who was playing who fairly, but if you do and you do not agree with the brackets. Please speak up. I want this tournament to be as fair as possible and I want every one to have fun. I also bought a server from nfoservers.com today, and will be working on the config a little bit tonight and tomorrow. I am really looking forward to this tournament. Just a reminder, Friday night (this Friday) from 10est-1est PM, and Saturday night, from 10est-12est PM. The first place team will get 1 key each, the second place team will get 2 craftable hats, and the third place team will get a craftable hat (prizes are for each team member. So 1st place will get 2 keys total, but 1 key per player, etc.) If you have any more questions, feel free to ask them here. I am no longer taking anymore teams unless I can get 4 more teams by tomorrow night, which is not likely to happen. I am taking more backup teams though. Thank you for everyone who is signed up, and I hope you guys like and enjoy this tournament.

EDIT: I changed the teams by letting the site randomize them for me. This way, it will be more fair. Thanks a lot to Aurora for helping me with the set up of the brackets, it helped a lot.

EDIT#2: I just bought the server and will be coming out with server info really soon. I want to also give a thanks to Exile for helping me set up the config for the server.

The first match will be around 10est. I would like to have the teams playing in there by 9:55est. There will be a short amount of time you can warm up. Here is the server info, 74.91.127.124:27015. We will be using tf2mix mumble. If you do not have that saved into your servers, here is mumble info: mumble.atf2.org; 64738. I would be using my mumble, but it is only 15 slots and isn't really set up too well. I see that the mix mumble has 200 spots, so I hope it won't be a problem if we borrow it for a few hours. I would prefer to have everyone in mumble by 9:45est. The first team playing is Winter Shitstorm and Str7 balls.

The tournament turned out well. 1st place winner was SLAM THE HAM, with Aurora and Han. 2nd place winner was Str7 balls, with Exile and Anarchy. And the 3rd place winner was Derpis Prime and the Lazbian, with JDawg and Laz.
