What's great about this is that all of us who have already filed tickets and had them closed can't file others without risk of being banned for support system abuse.

It looks like the newer tickets are getting actual responses, though, which is nice.

what people should do is instead of filing tickets whenever... you all agree to file tickets on X date at Y time so they get flooded with that shit.

Wow, not only can lpkane completely ignore the paying customer, but he can also insult and swear at them while simultaneously being completely clueless and blind himself. Top notch.

fwiw I put in a ticket 1/20, it got flagged for a specialist 3 times and is still open. also esea's stv missed a round in one of our matches.

Had much better performance tonight, still some lag and spikes, but at least my ping was consistent.

My ticket got updated today with "We pushed out a server update recently. Let me know if this is still taking place from this point forward." so hopefully this will solve most if not all issues yay.
