as a tf2 medic main I enjoy the applicability of the skills I've learned playing tf2 to other competitive games
I'd continue to play StarCraft maybe, though I don't really play much.
whatever quake game is alive, or melee (marth, falco, sheik)
If I never played TF2, I probably would've gotten into Smash or CSGO. I still don't think I'll ever enjoy an esport as much as I enjoyed TF2 though; the people are too awesome and I wouldn't trade the experiences I had for anything.
To anyone who's interested in the speedrunning scene, feel free to shoot me a PM and I'd be more than happy to point you in the right direction for your respective games!

Quake Live, Halo Online, FF12 Borderlands Antichamber and Thomas was Alone speedrunning, Risk, Civ 5, Hearthstone, Total War Series
After having tried other FPSs I'd probably go back to what I did before. Which was play in Total War and Company of Heroes Tournaments.

I would play that if I knew how to get everything to run correctly.

melee (peach), whatever quake-esque game is most popular, MTG, CSGO, WoW, possibly n64/gamecube speedruns, maybe overwatch if friends played it and there was money in it.
l4d (if l4d1 was not dead then that but l4d2 is ok)
