Hello there!
You probably don't know me, but as the title say, I'm interested in doing a series of interviews with TF2 players. I'm new to competitive TF2 scene, but I used to write articles back when CS 1.6 scene was a thing so I'm used with competitive scene in general, I suppose. I've started watching TF2 scene back when the i49 hype-train passed the station called internet, so I don't know that much about it yet. This is the place for advices, feedback and ideas in general. I'm still thinking about the form, but would you like it to be more formal, talking about their official matches and such, or just some general questions including some history, etc.
Also, I have asked few players and they were super cool about it, so I hope this thing will somehow work out!

Ask about rivalries, weird tf2 habits, how they think they can improve, where they want tf2 to go, stuff like that.
Is this video or written?
And good luck!

For now on, it will be in the written form, maybe if it gets some huge attention and it turns out that I'm not shy anymore, there's a possibility of video thingy happening.
Also, thanks everyone for the upvotes, not like it means anything, but it's a good sign that you're interested.

I was thinking of doing something like this for comp.tf's player pages, but focusing more on their history, how they got into tf2, etc. Hoping to flesh out and standardize the bios (which are incredibly messy ATM).

We need people like you, our scene lacks so much in this department. The more content about the scene coming out the better. Hope you are successful with it!
Interviews, articles, general coverage, this is exactly what we need to generate hype.

Long time no see!
Here, have a good song while reading this - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r7G8Ag9JmFE
And now I feel bad.
You're here for interviews and yet, I don't have anything super fancy to show you right now. BUT, I'm almost (!) done with those two players I've talked about in OP, which makes me super happy, because their answers are so rad. And also, have you heard about Maincall? Those guys that are doing live streams and tournaments and other amazing stuff. I've talk with them about publishing those interviews on their platform and I was pleased with their honest interest. It's official, I am an (upcoming) interview guy at Maincall.
Everyone loves Hypnotoad.
S-S-SOOOOON!

Sounds great, looking forward to the interviews as well as more stuff from maincall.tf in general
By the way, not to derail the thread but if you're into math rock, you could check out clastic, dilute, tide/edit and possibly enemies (although they tend to be more indie-rockish)

I was then given a torrent of abuse because I couldn’t do the rollout (nothing has changed there, heh) and was told to jump to mid. The next round I then proceeded to literally jump to mid by just pressing my space-bar as I was on my way to mid, I then said “I told you it wouldn’t get me there faster”.
Glorious.

Wow, that was a long time ago.
There's one interview with herr_p.

smzifuck herr_p <3
who are you?
fuck herr_p <3
who are you?
Is this still a thing?
Well, uhm...
YES! Yes, it is. It might've been 5 months since last interview, but I am here, almost exam-less, ready to make some new interviews. I am really sorry for lack of content, but as you guys said, you just have to prioritize other things sometimes.
I am already halfway through the next interview - he can dominate with both Scout and Soldier, but excells as Medic as well.
And as always, have a good tune!
Also, Maincall is not dead. We promise.
