MaxHax is a good player (particularly on soldier and demo) and a nice guy but you probably won't get along very well with him if you have thin skin. He says what he thinks and isn't afraid to call people out if he thinks they are doing something wrong. As long as you aren't afraid of criticism and occasionally being the butt of a joke, he's fun to play with

I totally agree with this. Making fun of each other comes with the territory with me, I consider it bonding, but I realize everybody isn't like that. As far as criticisim, I also agree. Feel free to criticize me as well, but I gotta feel like it's both ways, or then I won't listen, tbh. Something i need to work on for sure.

I've played SYOPS pugs a lot with maxhax (as u can see from airs post lol) and scrimmed against him a few times while I was on SYOPS and he is honestly a pretty good soldier and really has improved. He deserves a good team, gl max!

Max is a capable Soldier. As a Pocket he will likely be the rock of the combo, putting out the damage for his Scouts to cleanup on and having strong ubers. He also makes good calls and that will greatly help any (newer) Medics who may want to talk less or have a short-leash Pocket. As a leader, he's extremely focused on (the drive to) improvement. Demo reviews will be frequent (note: not excessive) as he looks for the opportunity to get better, and for his teammates to get better. As freakin and Max himself mentioned, he doesn't fuck around. He will be very vocal on what he wants and doesn't want, what he likes and doesn't like. I'm sure I've missed some stuff, so I'll probably come back to it if I ever remember, but I think Max knows what he wants to work on as far as his character is concerned, and that to me looks like an important step in the right direction from the MaxHax of S19

bump, looking for primarily soldier, either class, and IM preferably. My demo dm is pretty shitty atm, so it would take me a week of just playing that in order to hit some stickies.

It blows my mind that Max still isn't on a team. As a Pocket he's a very strong main caller who can competently direct his team with ease, and is a vocal Roamer who doesn't feed. Max makes for a well-rounded Soldier w/ great calls, solid DM (with crazy airshots for days), and a serious drive to improve. IM ready, dedicated team player with a serious drive to improve.
As a side note, you might need some thick skin time-to-time, but he's entirely well meaning and can help make you a great player. This is the guy that's going to bring you up to scratch if you're not, and do it well from personal experience.
