is there a way to get the mouse sensitivity exactly the same? because knowing it isn't the exact same is going to haunt me whenever I play

I got the game and I have 122 fps constant but aiming still feels kind of draggy but other than that it's great

I had that feeling in the beginning too, but I quickly found out it's because the movement feels very weird in the beginning, once you get a hang of the movement your aim will feel a lot better

Would defo recommend getting it, movements pretty sick and its well optimized, getting 300 constant. Soundtracks chill too.

Change your max fps in settings, lower the resolution, make sure its run in fullscreen, turn off enhanced mouse input if you have it on, clear some ram space, try running game booster? turn of antialiasing, turn off v-sync. Thats all i got

Only gripe with this game is the rating system isn't like elo, you get points just for playing basically. If anyone played long enough they could become rank #1. :(

You only gain points for winning.
Yes, if you lose at 0 points you stay at 0 points, but only top 3 gain points.

Still nothing like elo, you just have to play alot. Although im nitpicking, still a fun game.

I went on to check the sale and realized I'm one month late and somebody just necro'd the thread.

There aren't a lot of players, during the sale time it was fun, it died shortly after, wouldn't recommend you buying it especially wih that ping

only the hyper dedicated top players play it proactively
i've always liked playing against the best, but it's brutal if you didn't acclimate to the game by fighting other newbies first
still, aiming is aiming, and as long as you play during peak hours (2-4 pm est), you can fight the best of the best
it is, by far, one of the most enjoyable games i have ever played

It's so dead, only managed to play 1 game yesterday after trying all day long.
Had to play Xonotic instead.

This game unfortunately doesn't really have a future it looks like, a week after this weekend it will be dead again probably, I personally beat all the top 10 FFA players after only a week of playing so that says something about the playerbase too.

The game is ok tho, it just doesn't have a lot of content or a playerbase

Played it today and its really fun. Grinded until i got into top 100 ffa.

It's fun but surely the market for this sort of gamemode would just play it for free on Quake Live or new UT. edit: plus the short firing interval means you can basically spam it.
