Waiting for Fallout Shelter to drop on Android on the 13th, but aside from that, is there anything worth playing? Simple, fun time waster or not, doesn't matter.
Amazon gave me $15 of app credits and I bought minecraft, pretty fun
If you're into football (soccer), New Star Soccer is amazing, the original pc version was one of the most addictive pc games like 15 years ago. The current versions are still very cool and the mobile version is definitely addictive but has a lot of microtransations so beware that.
Yeah I used the credit but it charged me anyway
Thanks to Amazon's quite frankly exlent customer support it got sorted out
I bought agario because I actually enjoy playing that game and so I thought I could support the official devs by using some money I got for free on them

Clash of Clans is actually a really good game (LFP for clan wars)
if you just want a 5 minute timewaster PunchQuest is my favorite
also check out Alpaca Evolution if you want something unique

I love playing emulators on my android phone with this controller. It's not as good as a PS3 or Xbox 360 controller, but it worked fine for every game I wanted to play on mobile.
Besides that, my most played games are a Minesweeper clone and Game Dev Story

Hearthstone is like a full on game but you can play it on mobile. Don't think I've touched another mobile game since it came out for Android.
I also enjoyed Game Dev Story quite a bit, beat it in one sitting

The Room 1/2 are both excellent
Inflation RPG is a good time sink
14px is a great platformer
The majority of squaresoft's RPGs are excellent ports as well.

Infectonator was adopted from its Flash version very nicely, on Android Market, options for the campaign of infecting the world, and an endless mode (endless mode is ridiculously hard), but the campaign is casual enough, as is the endless mode, to make it a fun casual game. 100% free, great time killer, somehow didn't burn up as much battery as it seemed it would've.
I only uninstalled it because I used a glitch to farm buy-points which totaled 750,000 in-game coins, bought a lot of shit to carry me through endless, and I still lost at wave 97/100

i play a ton of brain-rotting mobile games
puzzle & dragons is good if you never spend money on it, it's like bejeweled but you hold down the orb and make as many combos as possible until time runs out
final fantasy record keeper is also good if you never spend money on it, it's a clone of brave frontier, which is another popular mobile game. it has an autobattle system that you can breeze through the easier dungeons, made for business people to play during downtime at work since you just have to press a button and let it fight for you, although it gets to an impossibly hard difficulty to where you can't autobattle
tsumtsum is a super casual match game made by disney/line and it is one of the most played games in the world up there with clash of clans, but it's more popular in asia than in the US (although a ton of people still play it in the US)
monster strike is a marbles game that is good to play if you never spend money in it, one of the most popular games in japan and it's pretty popular in the US too
idk how many of these are android compatible but this is from my games folder on my ios phone:
adventure bar story
slayin
tiny wings
jetpack joyride
cytus
color tiles mini
mage gauntlet
super hexagon
bit dungeon
zoozoo bubble
don't step on the white tile
extermination squad
774 deaths
ridiculous fishing (i highly recommend this game)
beat sneak bandit
game dev story (i also highly recommend this game)
whale trail
robot unicorn attack 2 (lol)
terra battle (do not spend money on this game, very fun tho)
spider-man unlimited (temple run, but with spiderman)

The four biggest streaming games that you can play on mobile are Hearthstone, Minecraft, Clash of Clans and Vainglory.
Vainglory is an amazing 3v3, mobile-only MOBA so if you have 20-30 minutes to burn, you can sit down and play a game -- it's got a ranking system, etc. just like LoL so it can get pretty competitive.
